Damaged or Incorrect Notebook
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at info@eliapure.com. Include:
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect items
- Photos of the packaging
- Any other relevant details
We will promptly review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
At Elia Pure, we offer a Worry-Free Shopping Guarantee because we believe in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you try an item and it doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll gladly refund your order. However, to ensure fairness and prevent misuse, please note the following:
- First-Time Refund Policy: Refunds for tried items are offered only once per product. If you request a refund for a specific product and later reorder the same item, no further refunds will be provided for that product.
- Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for used or opened items under the Worry-Free Shopping Guarantee.
Late or Missing Refunds
